25.8 from my pre loading weight. 28.6 since starting the VLCD.
Fasting blood sugar was 101.
Phase 3 is fast approaching.
I would like to get to 220 before I go on phase 3.
That's 6 more pounds. I think I'm going for it!
I do not want to become immune. 6 weeks would be a long time away from losing weight.
It will be interesting to see what my blood sugars do on phase 3.
For lunch it was chicken, cucumber, an orange and a grissini.
For dinner I had shrimp, salad, strawberries and a grissini.

Check out my post today entitled, "DO NOT DO THIS DIET IF..."
Also, my weight last night was the same as the morning, so I remembered what you said about the bible and then it was stuck at a heavier amount. THis morning, same weight (which is impossible based on how much I unloaded during the night). I moved the scale and got a better reading. I'll have to watch out for it.
