16.0 from my pre loading weight. 18.8 since starting the VLCD.
Fasting blood sugar was 87.
No weight loss again.
Still probably paying for cheating on Sunday and not enough fluids.
Hunger was ok and no headaches.
Lunch was chicken, cucumber, an orange and a grissini.
Dinner was chicken, tomatoes, an apple and a grissini.
No cheating today even though I went to the movies last night!
I love the smell of movie popcorn!
I have a headache today but not too bad.
I am definately losing inches.
I've lost 3 inches off my belly (At the Navel) and 2 inches of my chest (At the Nipples).
I was able to fit into a suit that I haven't been able to wear for a couple of years!
