19.0 from my pre loading weight. 21.8 since starting the VLCD.
Fasting blood sugar was 83.
No hunger. No headaches. Plenty of water.
For lunch I had steak, cucumber, an a small grapefruit and a grissini.
Dinner was cod, asparagus, an orange and a grissini.
Last night was a cooking night.
I cooked up 12 batches of chicken and 5 patches of steak.
I seasoned half the chicken with a Chipotle seasoning that all natural and has only spices that are acceptable on the protocol and half with an acceptable Asian seasoning.
The beef I used an acceptable Cajun seasoning.
