11.8 from my pre loading weight. 14.6 since starting the VLCD.
Fasting blood sugar was 90.
I lost nothing yesterday and lost two pounds today, go figure!
Hunger was good today. Drank plenty of fluids. Did no caffeine. Headaches were few.
For lunch I had chicken, celery, an orange and a grissini.
For dinner it was shrimp, asparagus, strawberries and a grissini.
I am trying to use different spices to liven up my meat choices.
I wil be working all day so Sunday will have to be my cooking day.
