Up 2.2 lbs.
I think its mostly water gain.
I didn't drink enough water yesterday.
For lunch I had chicken, tomatoes, pickles, an apple and a grissini.
For dinner I had boneless Buffalo Wings with classic sauce and celery.
My son James took me to Applebee's for dinner.

I see you're in WA, so are we. We're in the Tri-Cities.
I started at 247 and today I'm at 206.3 (Day 9, R2). My husband started at 228 and yesterday was 217.

I just started on Friday, today was my first VLCD and I blew it already (woke up sick, had to take some Nyquil, yada yada yada) but I'm very motivated and will be back on it tomorrow.
