I didn't check my blood sugar this morning.
I lost another 1.2 lbs! It looks like I am off of my plateau.
Yesterday for lunch we had buffalo chicken breasts, salad, an apple and a grissini.
For dinner we had barbequed chicken breasts, salad, an apple and a grissini.
I have lost 33.2 lbs since the start of the VLCD.
Tammy has lost 27.2 lbs since the start of the VLCD.
