Finally! I lost 2.8 lbs!
No cheating!
Yesterday I drank 58 ounces at work and then drank 48 ounces at home.
For lunch it was chicken, salad, an apple and a grissini.
Dinner was steak & onions, tomatoes, an orange and a grissini.
I will be much easier to not cheat today after losing 2.8 lbs!
I have lost a total of 29.8 lbs
Tammy has lost 25.8 lbs with no complications with her type 1 diabetes.
