Fasting blood sugar: 110
Yesterday I stayed home sick from work.
I know that I am retaining water due to being sick and still lost 0.8 lbs.
Yesterday for lunch I had a hardboiled egg, 3 egg whites, cucumber, an apple and a grissini.
For dinner I had chicken cabbage and tomato stew, and an apple. We are out of grissinis.
I just barely drank enough water yesterday and probably should have had more due to being very sick.
I'm not feeling any better today but I came into work anyway.
